Deposits are required for us to reserve a Pomeranian puppy for you. Once a deposit is made, it is a commitment by the Purchaser to purchase the said puppy and is therefore non-refundable. We require payments on time as agreed between Purchaser and Seller. If the Breeder is not contacted and has not received the payment by the time agreed upon, the said puppy will be placed for sale again. If Purchaser contacts Breeder at any time and states they no longer want the puppy they have placed the deposit on, the puppy will be placed for sale again with no refund or any part there of now or ever. There will be no refund. So please be sure you want the puppy before committing to purchase.

Layaway plan: If payment is not made as agreed the puppy will be put back on this webpage. It will be re-sold and no refund to you because this puppy has been held for you and you did not pay as agreed. We may miss several sales while holding a puppy for you. So be sure that you can pay for a puppy and that you want that one before you pay money. We are not obligated to exchange puppies after we have held one for you with a deposit even though you have not received your puppy yet. We have been holding that puppy for you and could not sell it to any one else. That is one of the reasons we require a deposit. We will work with you to help you get the puppy of your choice. So keep in touch.
If you do not pick up your puppy or make arrangements to get your puppy by the time it is 8 weeks old, there will be a weekly board charge for your puppy of $150 for each week or part thereof that it stays here. If a puppy is on our Layaway Plan it can be over 8 weeks old and no charge for board bill. Prices subject to change without notice.
Our Layaway Plan is simple. You pay a deposit down and make payments each week or every two weeks as agreed. If you fail to pay as agreed, you will forfeit all money that you have paid. If you have a problem paying contact us right way. We will try to work with you so you can keep your puppy. There are no refunds on Layaways that are not paid as agreed. Don't tell us one thing and do something else. We will be forced to re-sell the puppy with no refund to you now or ever.
